Blog 9.Echo project

During the Echo project, I became excited to see the fruit that we would be working with. I went to the grocery store to see if I could buy it, but unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. After doing some research, I learned that the Pummelo tress are from Southeastern Asia and only blossoms from 2 to 4 times a year. When picking out fruits it is important to know such information where it comes from and the origins of it. The pummel is like a grapefruit and but isn't in available as much like the grapefruit. The project introduced me to a new fruit that I didn't even know existed and I started to appreciate the fruit even more because it is such a unique crop.
